An immaculately presented semi-detached house, on the popular Renaissance development, within easy walking distance of Thame town centre. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but very well positioned for all amenities.

On entering the house there is an entrance hall with cloakroom off it, which leads to a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops and integral machines, all of a very high standard. This leads to the reception room with space for both dining and lounging, and French windows out into the south facing garden, laid to terrace and lawn, complete with a shed for garden storage.

On the first floor is the large master suite, which has super built in wardrobe space and also an en-suite bathroom with both bath and freestanding shower. There is also another double bedroom, again with built in wardrobes, and an en-suite shower room.

On the third floor is a further double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and again another fitted cupboard.
