" A charming conversion of a former school hall built of Cotswold stone beneath a slate roof which dates back to the 1870s. Set in the heart of the village the property is presented to a high standard throughout and offers accommodation with a great deal of character. On the ground floor the house is entered through the hall with oak front door and frame, a further door leading to the garden and a cloakroom. The present owners have opened the kitchen and dining room making a large airy space with stairs to the first floor. The kitchen has been fitted with oak units by John Nicholls, built in Neff double oven, extractor and fridge/freezer. The sitting room has a carved stone open fireplace and window to the side. To the first floor there is a master bedroom with a high vaulted ceiling and exposed beams with an ensuite shower room with stylish 'John Nicholls' shower with glass enclosure and under floor heating. There are two further bedrooms with high vaulted ceilings and a family bathroom with contemporary free standing bath with free standing tap and a stained glass mullioned window in a clover design. The property has oil fired central heating. "
