" Foresters Cottage is a former Victorian farm workers cottage enjoying the most idyllic setting within the heart of The Chilterns, whilst conveniently located for commuting into London via train and the M40 motorway. The property was last extended in the 1990's to provide more comfortable family living and generous accommodation now extends over two floors. The ground floor benefits from a 24' sitting room within the original building and enjoys original beams and an open fireplace housing a wood burning stove. Further accommodation includes a study/family room, a formal dining room, conservatory and a kitchen. A large utility links the property to a pottery room and second garage that provides scope for conversion into a large open plan kitchen/breakfast/family area. The first floor has five spacious double bed- rooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms and a family bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms.
