" Completing late October 2013, a three bedroom house with superior quality fixtures and high energy efficiency in a side road near the John Radcliffe hospitals and Marston. Off street parking and garden space included

Essentially a new house, this three bed terrace has been utterly reconditioned and modernised. NO CHAIN Marston is a popular suburb of Oxford, ideal for those working at the various hospitals as well as the science parks and the City centre. Foxwell Drive has the advantage of being tucked away overlooking green spaces. It is a newly built property by a renowned local developer whose CV includes the renovation and conversion of high profile listed buildings, hence the finish is excellent throughout. High energy efficiency, ease of use and great style are the main themes of the house, which of course also comes with a new-build warranty. Walking into the house a pristine hallway opens to all rooms. The stairs rise to the left and underneath them a cloak room is comprehensively fitted with a high quality white suite. To the side of the hall the living room is unusually large for the type of property as it extends the full depth of the house. Double doors at the rear lead out to the garden and a further window to the rear provides good natural light. Open plan to the side is a beautifully appointed kitchen with a range of integrated 'white goods' including a dishwasher and fridge. These are integrated with modern units and topped off by a lovely wood work surface. Underfoot the floor is a high spec laminate floor which continues throughout the whole ground floor. Upstairs all three bedrooms are doubles, of such a size that a double bed and other furniture can be orientated as desired. Serving them is an attractive bathroom. This has the latest thermostatic shower over the bath with a glass splash screen, and there is tiling to the walls surrounding the bath. Heating is provided by a chrome towel rail run by the central heating system. Outside to the front off street parking space is flanked by a path and small lawn. At the rear immediately next to the living room double doors is a patio area beyond which is a lawn which is fenced in to all sides with rear access gate leading to the road. There is also bin and cycle storage provided.
