" A Victorian three storey town house in a convenient location, just a short walk from the excellent town centre amenities. Available with no onward chain.

Three bedrooms, porch, living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, rear lobby, gas radiator central heating, double glazing, general roadside parking and garden.

This is an ideal home for a couple or family and although it now requires updating, there is potential for remodelling to create a comfortable character home.

Witney Lakes Resort has a golf course, health club and swimming pool and offers many other sporting activities and there is also a community leisure centre. The Woolgate Centre and Marriotts Walk provide an excellent variety of shops including Debenhams, Marks & Spencer, a Multi-Screen Cinema and many restaurants and food outlets. Public transport is available from outlying villages and from Witney to Oxford and onto London. Burford 7 miles, Oxford 13 miles, London 68 miles.

Directions:  From the centre of Witney proceed along High Street past the first roundabout and halfway through the traffic lights, turn right into Gloucester Place opposite Witan Way.  The property is near the far end on the right and there is also ample free parking in the main Marriotts Walk multi storey carpark which is just a short walk via Puck Lane.
