" A nicely presented mid terrace house in a cul-de-sac location and available with no onward chain.

Two bedrooms, entrance hall, living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, gas radiator central heating, double glazing, gardens and ample parking.

Directions:  From the centre of Witney, proceed along Corn Street and take the first exit from the roundabout into Ducklington Lane.  At the traffic lights turn right into Thorney Leys Road then second right into Thorney Leys itself.  The property will be found in the second cul-de-sac on the right hand side.

Witney is an attractive country town with goodmodern amenities and a bustling community life. There are fine buildings surrounding the ancient Buttercross and a twiceweekly market.  There are two majorhealth centres with others on the periphery and an excellent choice of primaryand secondary schools, including faith schools. Witney Lakes Resort has a golf course, health club and swimming pool andoffers many other sporting activities and there is also a community leisurecentre.  The Woolgate Centre andMarriotts Walk provide an excellent variety of shops including Debenhams, Marks& Spencer, a Multi-Screen Cinema and many restaurants and foodoutlets.  Public transport is availablefrom outlying villages and from Witney to Oxfordand on to London.  Burford 7 miles, Oxford13 miles, London68 miles.
