13 Stratton Audley Manor is accessed via the newest part of this development which was added in the late 1970's to the original Manor House. The apartment benefits from the same beautiful surroundings and privacy that the grounds have to offer.

The stunning sitting room is dual aspect and has french doors out to the patio area, views over the lovely grounds, a feature fireplace room for a dining table and chairs makes the ideal place for entertaining friends and family.

Stratton Audley is a small village highly regarded within the area. The village has a broad and varied social life centered around the Red Lion public house and the Norman Church. It is only 2 miles from Bicester North station which has fast rail links into London and Birmingham. It is about 2.5 miles north-east of Bicester and about a quarter of a mile south of the A4421 Bicester to Buckingham road.

Bicester is the nearest town and has two railway stations. Bicester North offers a great commuter service to London Marylebone in around 45 minutes and you can reach Birmingham in 1 hour. Bicester Town offers a service to Oxford and is due to be upgraded in 2015 to provide a further route to London Paddington.

The M40 is within easy reach at J9 or J10 and offers access to London, M25, Oxford and Birmingham.

Bicester itself is an historic market town with a wide range of shops, together with cafes, pubs, numerous restaurants, weekly markets and a new Sainsbury?s supermarket and cinema complex.

Bicester Village is a dream destination for designer shopping with 130 luxury boutiques all on your doorstep and is a few minutes drive or a five minute walk from the town centre. "
