On the ground floor there is also a kitchen which consists of wall and base units. The kitchen has a gas point for a cooker and also is the location of the boiler which was fitted 4 years ago and has been serviced each year since. From the kitchen there is a door that leads out onto the garden. The stairs leading up from the living room to the first floor had new carpet in July 2015 as did the landing. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of which benefit from built in Wardrobes and the bathroom which has a power shower over the bath, w.c and basin.
