DESCRIPTION
Upon entering the property there is a light and airy entrance hall, with doors leading to the W.c, Kitchen/Dining Room & Sitting Room and stairs leading to the first floor. The kitchen is of a modern high gloss effect with built in appliances and features under unit lighting. Leading through you have a good sized dining area which has sliding doors opening out to the rear garden. From the dining area is an open archway through to the sitting area. The sitting room has a window overlooking the front aspect, a feature fireplace and a door back onto the entrance hall. On the first floor there are three good sized double bedrooms, with a further fourth bedroom currently being utilized as a home office. The fourth bedroom also features built in wardrobes. There is a family bathroom which accommodates a white suite. Externally the property boasts a good sized rear garden which wraps around the side of the property. There are double gates opening up from the front garden allowing vehicular access to the rear. To the front of the property the gardens are mainly laid to lawn with some shrubs and bushes and there is driveway parking. DIRECTIONS
From our Carterton office turn left and at the traffic lights turn left on to Brize Norton Road. Follow the road along and pass over a small mini roundabout. Proceed further along and pass under the iron bridge. immediately after the iron bridge turn right on to Wycombe Way. Once on to Wycombe Way take the first turning right on to Davis Close. Once in Davis Close take the next right turn in to a small cul-de-sac where the property can be found in the far left hand corner.
