" Impressive five bedroom detached family home located within a small development on the outskirts of the village. The property was constructed by Barwood Homes in 2019 of stone beneath a slate roof with gas fired heating and UPVC double glazed windows.

On the ground floor there are two separate reception rooms each with wood effect flooring and wood panelling. The sitting room and kitchen both have double doors opening to the rear patio. The kitchenbreakfast room is fitted with a range of wall mounted base and eye level units along with a central island, complemented by granite worksurfaces and ceramic floor tiling. Fitted appliances include an oven, grill with extraction, dishwasher and fridgefreezer. Also on the ground floor is a utility room and cloakroom.

On the first floor there are five bedrooms. The principal bedroom also has wood panelling as a feature wall and an en-suite shower room. The fifth bedroom

(adjacent to the principal bedroom) is currently used a dressing room and is fitted with a range of wardrobes.
