" A large ground floor flat situated in the popular Village of Aynho. Accommodation includes two bedrooms, lounge with a door on to the communal gardens and kitchen/diner. Also having a garage.

ACCOMMODATION From the communal hallway, a door gives access to the entrance hall, which in turn has doors to the lounge, kitchen/diner, bedrooms, bathroom and WC. The lounge has laminate wood effect flooring, an electric fire and a door with a window to the side overlooking and leading to the communal gardens. The kitchen/diner is fitted with a range of eye and base level cupboards and drawers with roll top worksurfaces over, an inset sink and ceramic hob with oven below. Spaces for two appliances, door to a cupboard and laminate wood effect flooring. Both bedrooms are doubles and have laminate wood effect flooring. Bedroom one also has a range of fitted wardrobes to one wall and a bay window overlooking the gardens. The bathroom and WC are separate. OUTSIDE & GARAGE The property is surrounded by pretty communal gardens which are enclosed by stone walls and timber fences. Directly outside the patio door from the living room is a patio, with the remaining garden being laid to lawn. GARAGE & OUTBUILDING There is a single garage in the block behind the property which has a remote controlled up and over door. The property also owns a small outhouse/workshop which is located close to the garage. SERVICE CHARGE This property is leasehold. We are currently awaiting lease information from the vendors.
