To the first floor there are four bedrooms, the principal bedroom offers an en-suite shower room with underfloor heating and an additional family bathroom, there is a good degree of storage throughout the property.

Shutford is a thriving community village with a Public House, Church and Village Hall. For state schooling the nearest primary school is located at Bishop Carpenter C of E in North Newington, there are also schools in Shenington, Wroxton, Sibford and Bloxham.
