" A delightful Victorian terraced cottage, located in a quiet no-through lane. The accommodation comprises a sitting room with feature fireplace with tiled hearth and open grate. Well fitted kitchen, with a good range of wall cupboards, base storage cupboards and drawers and a run of worktops with inset sink, built-in electric oven with hob and extractor above, plumbing for washing machine and space for fridge and freezer, under stairs cupboard. Garden room/dining room with glazed French doors to the rear garden and tiled floor. Stairs rise from the kitchen to the first floor landing with access to loft, double bedroom with built-in wardrobe cupboards, further single bedroom and family bathroom, which was re-modelled in 2012, to provide a panelled bath with electric Mira shower over, low level WC, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and tiled floor.

Situation
Hempton is a charming small village situated approximately one mile west of Deddington, yet still remaining within the parish of Deddington itself. Within the village there is a thriving Church of England church whilst the neighbouring village of Deddington offers many amenities including several shops providing for everyday needs, post office, Health and Community Centres, library, hotels and restaurants, recreation ground, Church of England Primary School, and for people wishing to worship there is the Church of St Peter and St Paul and the Wesleyan Chapel. A further comprehensive range of facilities can be found in both Oxford and Banbury whilst access to the M40 motorway can be gained at either junctions 10 or 11.
