Communications are excellent, with easy access to the M4 junction 12 at Theale and the M40 junction 6 at Lewknor. Didcot Parkway mainline railway station is only two miles away with a regular service to London Paddington in approximately 35/40 minutes, Oxford c. 15 mins and Reading c. 20 mins. The A34 c. 2 miles provides easy access to Newbury and Oxford and the M4.

Didcot itself offers a good range of shopping facilities with the `Orchard Centre` being completed in 2005. Cornerstone, the performing arts centre, and the Cineworld cinema were opened in August 2008. Within the Orchard Centre you will find a variety of retailers including Next, Currys, PC World, Cargo, Argos, Carphone Warehouse and New Look to name a few. Prezzo opened their restaurant in 2009 which complements the many other places for food and drink. Elsewhere within the Orchard Centre is a large Sainsbury`s superstore, and Didcot also has an edge-of-town retail park including Focus DIY, Halfords and Tesco also within easy reach.
