" Why we like it:
Although in need of improvement and modernisation this 3 bedroom house has the basics to make a fine family home. Properties in need of work are becoming more scarce and it will suit a buyer who wants to put their own individual mark on a property.

What it offers:
Entrance hall with stairs to first floor, the sitting room to the front has a large double glazed window, a fireplace and opens into the dining room with window to rear. The kitchen is to the side with an understair cupboard and requires updating. To the first floor there are three bedrooms (2 doubles & 1 single) and a bathroom. The house is set towards the end of the cul-de-sac and is set in a slightly elevated position with a graveled front garden and low retaining wall, the paved driveway to the side provides off street parking. There is a small rear garden enclosed by wooden fencing and laid mainly to gravel. The house has some UPVC double glazing and some electric storage heating.
