Situated in this most sought after residential side road, this delightful detached house has been in the same ownership for many years. There is potential to extend the house subject to planning permission as many properties in the road have already been extended.

Set back from the road with a lawned front garden enclosed by a low brick wall, there is a wide variety of shrubs and plants, gated access to a wide side access to the rear garden. Own driveway leading to the attached single garage with double doors to the front and door to the rear. Situated within walking distance of the town centre. Wallingford has a great deal of history, the remains of Wallingford`s town walls can still be seen today. Wallingford is a thriving market town banks of the river Thames with a large conservation area. The streets have a variety of small shops, pubs and restaurants. The antique shops in the Lamb Arcade, and the parks, commons and gardens make it a very pleasant town. There is a large Waitrose Supermarket in the town and a Country Market which is held every Friday in the Regal Centre and the farmers Market is held every third Tuesday in the Market Square.
