" Why we like it:
This two bedroom modern house is presented to the market in superb order throughout and the current owners have done alot to improve the property. The downstairs has been re plastered throughout and has modern decor. The modern kitchen has a range of eye and low level units with all the appliances built in. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, double oven, gas hob and stainless steel extractor fan. Gas combi boiler. There are two double bedrooms and the whole property has been double glazed. The bathroom has a lovely modern white suite with modern chrome fittings and a power shower. Recessed spotlights have been fitted throughout the property with new doors, surrounds and skirtings. The rear has a small conservatory. The main feature is probably the garden which on a corner plot stretches to the side and rear, there is hard standing for a shed and a driveway for 2 cars at the front. There is a separate garage in a nearby block with metal up and over door.

The property has planning permission (obtained in 2011) for a two storey extension to provide an additional reception and bedroom which would still leave a decent garden. Fenced recently with light and power sockets. There is a garage in a nearby block. No onward chain with this purchase.
