" A charming detached thatched cottage situated in this popular and sought after South Oxfordshire village.

You enter into an enclosed porch, and then continue into a cosy sitting room with an open fireplace. To your right is a dining room which in turn leads to the kitchen. Off the kitchen at the rear of the cottage is a bright hallway that ensures lots of light is let into the cottage. There is a utility or boot room, and the bathroom at the far end of the hall. Off the dining room is a closed staircase that leads up to the first of two double bedrooms, with exposed beams and architectural features throughout the space. The large master bedroom can fit a king size bed, and has double aspect windows, one of which is the original 16th century window found by the current owners.

Situation
Warborough is an attractive village made famous with the television series 'Midsummer Murders. Village amenities include a primary school, a church, village shop, six bells public house and a delightful village green with a cricket club, where it is believed cricket has been played for 130 years. Their excellent communications to London, Oxford and Henley with Junction 7 of the M40 about 8 miles away, and Didcot Parkway Station with a main line rail link to London Paddington (approximate journey time 45 minutes). The nearby market towns of Wallingford (3 miles) and Didcot provide a comprehensive range of day to day shops.
