Situated down a quiet lane within this highly desirable and sought after village with unspoilt views across open fields to the front and rear. If you are looking for peace and quiet with a view from every window then Workmans Cottage must be viewed. Ideal for dog walkers the property is located close to bridle paths providing easy access to Wallingford and neighbouring villages. Wittenham Clumps is also within easy reach as is the River Thames c. 3 miles.

WHAT IT OFFERS
The property offers extensive accommodation presented beautifully with many of the reception rooms enjoying a double aspect which provides much natural light. On the ground floor you will find a 16` kitchen breakfast room with features such as granite work tops, a range oven and slate flooring, utility room, dining room, study area with open fire, conservatory with views across the gardens and open fields beyond, 19` sitting room with open fire place and an impressive bathroom which includes a roll top bath and separate walk in shower.

Brightwell cum Sotwell has been a firm favourite with buyers for many years. Located off the A4130 to the west of Wallingford and being a ?no through village? you would only drive into the village if you needed to. Wallingford has its own secondary school and a bus service is available from the village. There is also a good selection of private schooling nearby to choose from.

DIRECTIONS
From the offices of Lesters turn left on St. Martins Street, Turn left at the traffic lights on to High Street. Proceed over mini roundabout onto
Station Road and continue for 1 mile until the next roundabout. Go straight across and take first left after just 100yds signposted Brightwell-cum Sotwell. Follow this winding road through the village for 1 mile passing the duck pond until you reach the Red Lion public house at the top of Mackney Lane. Turn left. The property can be found approximately 250 yards on the right hand side shortly after the entrance to the recreational ground.
