" Improved considerably a five bedroom detached property situated in a sought after location in Brightwell cum Sotwell. The property has been greatly improved by the present owners in recent years. It now offers substantial family accommodation and it is presented well throughout. Entering the property you come in to a large entrance hall which is currently being used as a Study. Through the double doors is a large sitting room with an open staircase, bay window and fireplace. The Kitchen is the hub of the home, with modern shaker style units, hardwood work surfaces, a Belfast sink and traditional range cooker with the dining area stretching across the rear of the property with wood flooring and large windows. Off the kitchen is a utility room and store room which lead through to the downstairs bedroom and the `wet` shower room. Upstairs are four double bedrooms, with an ensuite wet room to the master and built in storage, and a family bathroom.

Outside of the property is a detached double garage and offroad parking for many vehicles. To the rear is a large garden c. 100ft in length which is mainly laid to lawn, with a summer house and a garden shed to the rear and a paved patio area behind the house.

Brightwell CE Primary School is a friendly school based in the heart of the village, for the older children Wallingford has its own secondary school and a bus service is available from the village. There is also a good selection of private schooling nearby to choose from.
