" Why we like it:
Built in 1992 and it is situated within the sought after village of Brightwell cum Sotwell at the end of this quiet lane siding onto farmland. The property was built on the grounds of an old Dairy which dates back to c. 1820`s. The property has been occupied by the present owners from new, since then they have furnished the property to a high standard, it really is presented in excellent condition throughout. A great feature finished in 1993 is an additional brick building that was part of the dairy building c. 180 years old, has been superbly finished and includes a 4.0m (13`1) x 10.0m

(32`10) heated swimming pool which we are advised by the owner is very economical to run it includes a Jacuzzi/Spa, Double Steam room with shower, Toilet and Changing room.

What it offers:
Reception entrance hallway, cloakroom, lounge, formal dining room, breakfast room, fully fitted bespoke kitchen, utility room, rear lobby, six bedrooms (two on the ground floor which could be used as an annex or for an au pair) galleried landing, family bathroom and en suites to two of the bedrooms. The property sits well within the grounds of about half acre and it is fully enclosed on all sides by brick walls. The front has a double garage and parking for numerous vehicles. The southern side of the property has a large patio area and a brick built gas bar-b-que which adjoins the retaining wall. This then leads onto a well maintained and landscaped rear garden which opens onto a south westerly aspect.
