Well located in a highly desirable cul de sac just off George Street with access to a metrolink station and schools for all ages. The property will appeal to a variety of purchasers and must be viewed to appreciate the size and quality of the accommodation on offer which briefly comprises an entrance porch, lounge, kitchen/ diner, conservatory, three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Location

The property is situated on Arley Drive, just off George Street, in a popular area of Shaw. There are good bus routes, road and rail links together with access to a range of local amenities to include shops, schools, bars and restaurants. The villages of Shaw and Ryton and the towns of Oldham and Rochdale are accessible and the Metro links gives good access to the city of Manchester.

The property is entered via the entrance porch which leads through to the lounge area which has a double glazed window over looking the front garden, a feature fireplace and the staircase leading through to the first floor. The lounge opens up on to the dining area and has patio doors to the conservatory and open plan kitchen. The dining area in turn opens up to the conservatory and has double doors opening out onto the patio area and lawned gardens with mature shrubs. Upstairs had three good sized bedrooms, two of which have fitted wardrobes and the master to the front of the property. Completing the accommodation is a tiled family bathroom with a walk in shower, wash hand basin and low level wc. The property has double glazing and a gas fired central heating system and has a driveway and carport. Internal viewing of the property is highly recommended.
