" Two bedroom attic flat in Kentish Town available to rent from early December.   It is a split-level flat consisting of a kitchen/ diner, double bedroom and bathroom downstairs, and a master bedroom upstairs which is currently used as a living room: the total floor area is 700 square feet.  The flat also includes use of a shared mature garden and a shed which is perfect for bike storage. Situated on Montpelier Grove, it is a five minute walk from the busy and vibrant neighbourhoods of Kentish Town and Tufnell Park.  Hampstead Heath is a fifteen minute walk away, and there is a small park just 100 metres down the road.  The surrounding streets are quiet and tree-lined, with a mixture of Edwardian and Victorian houses.  And the now-famous Pineapple pub is just around the corner.   Kentish Town is extremely well-connected in terms of transport links.  It's a fifteen minute journey on the tube into central London, and the Overground train takes you directly to Dalston and the East End, also in fifteen minutes.  If you're travelling further afield, Kentish Town train station has direct trains to Luton Airport, Gatwick Airport, and beyond.   The flat would suit a professional couple, a young family, or an individual in need of space.   * Please quote ref. 5706257 when enquiring about this property.
