This property has 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a generous sized room with a fitted wardrobe and wall heater. The window overlooks the private car park and lets a great amount of natural light in. This room includes an ensuite basin only.

Bedroom 2 is the smallest out of the 2 bedrooms and also features a fitted wardrobe and wall heater. As with the first bedroom, the window overlooks the private car park and brings in great natural light.

Beds will be provided for both rooms depending on the tenants needs.

The kitchen is stylishly decorated with fitted wooden wall units, electric hob and oven (inc. overhead extractor fan), fridge/freezer and washing machine.

This spacious living area is located in the middle of the flat and leads to the kitchen and from the main hallway. Wooden flooring is throughout (as with the entire flat) and the front bay window brings in excellent natural light. ?An electric storage heater is provided.?
