The Property
On entering the bungalow you are welcomed into the recently fitted kitchen which is contemporary in design and has ample wall and base units with built-in electric oven and hob with extractor overhead. There is space for a dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge/freezer. There is a stainless steel one and a half bowl sink under the front window enjoying views to the well maintained front garden and the magnolia tree (especially nice when in bloom). The sitting/dining room is superb in size and has a feature fireplace as a focal point on entering, albeit one is struck by the feeling of space in this room and this is helped by the vaulted ceiling in the dining area which has shelving for a small library. There are patio doors leading out to the rear garden and an ideal area for alfresco dining if the mood takes. An inner hallway leads you to the two double bedrooms which both have fitted wardrobes for storage and one faces the front aspect and one has French doors to the rear patio area to enjoy the long well maintained garden. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower overhead, WC, hand wash basin, heated towel rail and has a worktop area to the side. From the inner hallway is a stairway that leads to a superb spacious attic room with a skylight to the front aspect completing the internal accommodation.

Outside
To the front are double ironmongery gates leading down a shingle driveway providing off road parking for two vehicles and a well maintained lawn with a magnolia tree. A pathway leads to the newly fitted front door and a gate to the side and rear aspect. The rear garden is a real credit to the current owners having replaced all the fencing to one side of the property full length front to rear and made a lovely patio area to the rear. The lawn is wonderfully maintained and a lush green even this time of year. The rear garden is split in two parts by a trellis hiding the spacious studio currently used for storage which could have many uses for the incoming purchaser. There are mature borders with a variety of shrubbery and the garden is totally secure for children and pets.

Location
The house is situated in the highly desirable suburb Thorpe St Andrew with good access to local services and amenities plus regular bus services to Norwich City centre which provides a full range of cultural and commercial facilities, including a mainline train link to London Liverpool Street (approx 1hr 54mins).
