The town is located on the Waveney River which is a gateway to the Broads network. The train station runs a link to London Liverpool Street via Ipswich, and the unspoilt Suffolk coastline with the beaches of Southwold and Walberswick are within easy driving distance.

Leaving the Beccles office, turn left at Barclays Bank onto Ballygate. At the end of the road turn left onto St Marys Road and continue to the traffic lights. Turn left and Alexandra Road is on your right and the property is situated at to the bottom of the road on your right.
