The Property
Opening the front door a hallway stretches away in front of you, with a door to the front room to your left, where a bay window provides plenty of light. Before taking the stairs, a second door to your left opens into the dining room. This second sizeable living space benefits from an under-stairs storage cupboard and leads on to the kitchen. The wider than usual kitchen gives plenty of options for remodelling, being currently fitted with a very useable range of floor and wall mounted storage units with space for white goods within. A door to the left leads out to the conservatorylean-to beside the kitchen, which in-turn leads out to the garden. At the back of the kitchen is a small utility space where particular attention is required to the ceiling in one corner. From here access is given to the bathroom; currently fitted with bathtub, toilet and wash basin. Moving upstairs, a typical landing with airing cupboard links the three bedrooms. All three bedrooms are generous double rooms, one of which includes a cupboard that houses the emersion tank.

Outside
A brick wall marks the front boundary where a concrete path leads up to the front door of the house. Beside the path is an area of frontage that has been cleared and cut back, providing an ideal spot to start anew and add some plants and colour, framing the bay window. The rear garden is of a good size with a concrete path that runs down the left-hand side to a gate at the bottom which opens out to the lane behind the plot. Behind the house is a greenhouse, beyond which is open garden space with various bushes and shrubs. To the bottom of the garden is a timber shed.
