The Property
As you enter the property via the side door you are greeted by a long hallway with access to airing cupboard storage. On your left is the door to the kitchen. Inside you will find a range of fitted wall and floor storage units, stainless steel sink, integrated oven with four-burner gas hob and extractor over and space for a washing machine under the counter top. To one end you will find broom cupboard storage and next to it a space for a tall fridge-freezer, with small storage cupboards above. The gas boiler is mounted to the wall within this room and access to the rear garden can be obtained via an external door. Continuing along the hall, you will find the door to the living space. A substantial extension has been added to the original sitting room, creating a fantastic open-plan space to enjoy. The dining area is large enough to take a sizable dining set and patio doors open into the rear garden, allowing the owner to let the outside world in. Location
Beccles is a busy market town with many shops, restaurants, schools, pubs and supermarkets. A market selling fresh produce is held every Friday in the town, there is a bus station with a daily service to London (Victoria) and regular services to Lowestoft, Norwich and many of the smaller villages around. The Beccles train station has a direct line to London Liverpool Street. The town is located on the Waveney River which is a gateway to the Broads network. The unspoilt Suffolk coastline with the beaches of Southwold and Walberswick are within easy driving distance.
