Location
The terrace is located in the town of Beccles, a short walk to the local middle school. Beccles town centre is a 2 minute drive or approx 10 minute walk. It is a busy market town with many shops, restaurants, all schools, pubs and supermarkets. A market selling fresh produce is held every Friday in the town, there is a local bus station which runs a regular service to Lowestoft, Norwich and many of the smaller villages around. The town is located on the Waveney River which is a gateway to the Broads network. The train station runs a link to London Liverpool Street via Ipswich, and the unspoilt Suffolk coastline with the beaches of Southwold and Walberswick are within easy driving distance.

Directions
Leaving the Beccles office follow the one way system down Blyburgate and carry on up Ingate and over the train tracks. Take the right hand turn at the traffic lights followed by a second right past the middle school. Follow the road round to the left and then take the first right up Banham road. The property can be found on the right hand side and can be identified by our Musker McIntyre ´For Sale´ board.
