The town is located on the Waveney River which is a gateway to the Broads network. From the Beccles office go to the end of New Market and turn right, turn right to stay on New Market and then turn left onto The Walk. Continue onto Saltgate, continue onto Northgate. At the end of Northgate turn right onot Ravensmere and continue until making a left turn onto Caxton Road. Turn left from Caxton Road onto Queens Road where the property is located on the right hand side, identified by a Musker Mcintyre for sale board.
