A renovated period semi-detached cottage in this popular village location. Generous accomodation over two floors with a bathroom and seperate shower room. Kettlestone itself has no amenities although nearby Little Snoring has a public house, Post Office and primary school. Further facilities are available in Fakenham which is approximately 2 and a half miles away.

Staircase from the lounge opens onto the master bedroom with vaulted ceiling, inset spots, window to the front, door to the en-suite bathroom with wooden flooring, freestanding rolltop bath with claw feet, tiled shower enclosure, washbasin with tiled splashback, bidet, WC and heated towel rail, window to the rear.
