" Sowerbys are pleased to offer this newly constructed and highly desirable four bedroom family home, positioned in the popular and picturesque village of Foulsham. This spacious house enjoys an impressive brick and painted render frontage, with a substantial entrance door which opens into a superb reception hall. At the end of the hall a tall arched window above the staircase allows light to flood in. Double doors on either side of the reception hall open into the sitting room and open-plan kitchen/dining room respectively. The sitting room comes complete with feature fireplace and a pair of double doors opening out on to a rear patio. The sizeable kitchen/dining room provides a fantastic space with high quality fixtures & fittings; and also incorporates a useful utility room. The ground floor accommodation also includes a cloakroom, which is accessed from the reception hall. On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes; with the double aspect master room also enjoys the comfort of an en-suite shower room, as well as views of the village church and surrounding countryside. A wonderfully spacious family bathroom with double width shower cubicle completes the accommodation.

Outside, the property is approached over a shingle driveway at the front of the property; with the remaining garden enclosed by a low level brick wall, with plum slate planted beds flanking the front door. At the rear, there is a generously sized plot which has been further enhanced by the developer taking the decision to purchase more land in order to give the house a genuine family sized garden, which includes a paved patio and lockable timber log store.
