" A Victorian End of Terrace comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 reception rooms. The property needs work and benefits from Gas Central Heating, uPVC Windows.
In 1990 the property benefited from a brick and tile bathroom extension with the drains being re-routed, and the house was also re-felted and re-roofed. In 2001 the property was double glazed and re-wired and central heating was installed. In 2009 the boiler was replaced. The gable wall was also re-rendered in 2006. The property has, therefore, undergone an extensive renovation programme over the years although still requires further internal modernisation/updating.
