" Totties Cottage, was named after one of its previous owners and originally of VICTORIAN build. It is doubtful that Tottie would recognise this wonderful home as it stands and is presented today. Still retaining much of its original charm and elegance, the property now offers such impressive accommodation, it would satisfy the most discerning of buyers. The current owners have had all new wooden uPVC double glazed windows, new central heating system, rewired throughout and installed solar panels. Benefiting from two tasteful major extensions from the seventies and latterly just twelve years ago, this wonderful property now boasts two large reception rooms, beautiful kitchen / breakfast room together with a spacious and inviting Summer Room. There is an area which offers a utility room and cloaks with WC and could lend itself if so desired to the creation of an Annexe. To the first floor are four good size bedrooms, together with en suite to master bedroom plus well fitted family bathroom. Well tendered mature gardens are featured together with driveway parking for two to three cars. Presented in good decorative order with neutral colours, this home also offers central heating and double glazing, together with the added bonus of solar power panels. A pleasant mix between old and new. Your earliest viewing is recommended.
