The property is in Thurlton which is a quiet rural village. It is a short distance from both Beccles and Loddon which provide a fuller range of amenities (buses run on a regular basis to both towns) and the house is within the catchment for Hobart High School, Loddon.

Directions
From Loddon take the A146 towards Beccles, turn left by the Petrol station onto the B1136 through Hales. Take the turning to the left marked Reedham Ferry and Thurlton. Once into the village Links Way is a road to the right before the community centre, the house will be found on the right.
