The dining room has French doors leading out to the garden and adjoins the spacious sitting room which has a large window to the front and a door leading into the entrance hallway. Upstairs the master bedroom has a large window to the front, there are two further bedrooms, one with a built in wardrobe. The landing has an airing cupboard and provides loft access which is partly boarded out and has an electric light. The family bathroom with a shower over the bath, white WC and sink, also with under floor heating completes the accommodation. The property has white PVC double glazing throughout. The current owners have created a lovely home, which provides good space and would appeal to many purchasers

Outside
To the front of the property the garden is mainly laid to lawn with a mature tree and various shrubs, a path leads to the front door. There is a detached garage with light and power to the side of the property with off street parking for several cars. It is a short distance from both Beccles and Loddon which provide a fuller range of amenities (buses run on a regular basis to both towns) and the house is within the catchment for Hobart High School, Loddon.

Directions
From Loddon take the A146 towards Beccles, turn left by the Shell garage onto the B1136 through Hales. Take the turning to the left marked Reedham Ferry and Thurlton. Once into the village Links Way is a road to the right before the Village Hall, the house will be found on the left marked by our 'For Sale' board.
