" An exquisite 3 bedroom detached brick and flint cottage nestled in the centre of this delightful North Norfolk village. This charming and traditional cottage boasts a wealth of character and features like open fireplaces, hardwood floors and exposed beams. Believed to have originally been two cottages, the property offers generous living space which briefly comprises; sitting with wood burner, dining room with open fireplace, kitchen and separate boiler room and store. To the first floor is an impressive main bedroom with decorative fireplace, two further bedrooms and a family sized bathroom. Outside is a generous sized garden with shaped lawns, mature shrub and flower beds and a private driveway for parking. Located in the pretty village of Gresham and convenient to Holt, Sheringham and the heritage coastline.

GRESHAM Gresham is a small and pleasant rural village south west of Cromer. It has an interesting church with a very ornate Victorian remodelled exterior. But once inside, you find it whitewashed and free of any decoration. The church used to be Anglo Catholic but was 'persuaded' to be Protestant by a Consistory Court in the 1940's. The church with its 14th century chancel, is a magnet for church explorers, because it contains one of the best of the East Anglian seven sacrament fonts series. Needless to say it is also the ancestral home of the Gresham family, founders of Gresham's School and the Royal Exchange. There are numerous local walks along public footpaths easily accessible from the village.
