At the Woodman traffic lights continue straight over onto North Walsham Road and through Sprowston. Continuing straight through the next two sets of traffic lights and past the Norwich Rugby Club, continue straight over the new NDR roundabout. Take the next left into Spixworth onto Crostwick Lane, then take the third right into Lilian Road, then first left into William Peck Road where the property can be found on your right. Ref: 2009
