TENANTS

To reserve a property a fee of ?100 plus VAT (?120) per person is payable. This will cover the cost of an application for each applicant. DEPOSITS

TENANCY AGREEMENT

All adults wishing to live at the property will be named on the tenancy agreement. The tenancy agreement will provide for all persons under the tenancy to be joint and severally liable for the covenants contained therein. Adults who are not named on the tenancy Agreement jointly may not live in the property.
