The property is a most attractive detached house occupying a  cul-de-sac position within the village and less than two miles from the centre of Crickhowell with its wide range of individual shops, primary and high schools, as well as a health centre, dental surgery, etc., in addition the ancient market town of Abergavenny is approximately five miles away with further facilities including a general hospital and main line railway station.
