A most attractive semi-detached house which is situated in an established residential position on the fringe of Glangrwyney village, approximately 1 mile from the picturesque mid-Wales town of Crickhowell.  Over the years it has been the subject of extensive alteration and updating including adding a substantial two storey extension and conservatory, refitting the kitchen and bathroom and upgrading the gas heating system and double glazing.
