" A detached four bedroom house with views. Benefits include double glazing, gas heating system, gardens and garage.

The property is located within a highly desirable established residential area of this picturesque Mid-Wales town only 100 yards from the town's primary school and within a quarter of a mile walking distance of the town centre and its high school, whilst from its slightly elevated position it enjoys truly spectacular views over the town itself and the surrounding countryside of The Brecon Beacons National Park.

The town offers an excellent range of amenities including individual shops, restaurants, health centre etc., whilst the neighbouring town of Abergavenny which is only seven miles away offers further facilities including a main line railway station and general hospital.

This attractive detached house has been much improved over the years by the present owner including re-fitting of the kitchen, bathroom and cloakroom and is considered to be in particularly well decorated order.  The accommodation itself is deceptive in size and to fully appreciate it and the spectacular views enjoyed, we strongly suggest potential purchasers carry out a personal inspection.
