This is a most attractive detached brick built house occupying a central location within this popular Mardy village community.  The village school, shop, post office, public house, etc., are all within a few hundred yards walking distance of the property, whilst Abergavenny is just over a mile away with its  range of facilities including a main line railway station and general hospital.
