" This three bedroom mid terraced cottage is located in an elevated position on Clydach hillside. The property and gardens enjoy views over the valley and towards the surrounding mountains. It has been redecorated throughout by the owners. The property has been updated to retain many period features but to also offer contemporary dΓ©cor with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The accommodation itself is of good proportion and briefly comprises: entrance hall, spacious sitting room with log burner, kitchen with separate dining area. To the first floor: Three bedrooms and modern bathroom. The main gardens are to the front of the cottage and offer lawn and gravel areas along with a patio area to the lower level.
