" An exceptional cottage enjoying beautiful views over Clydach Gorge, offering charm and character, hall, cloakroom, lounge/dining room, garden room/sun lounge, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, pretty garden.

It is with the utmost pleasure that we are able to offer this charming stone built cottage for sale on the open market.  Overlooking the Clydach Gorge with south facing views towards Gilwern Hill, Crown Cottage has over the years been the subject of alteration and improvement to create a delightful home, retaining much of its original charm and character.

The present accommodation comprises hall, cloakroom, lounge/dining room, garden room/sun lounge, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and bathroom with benefits to include an oil heating system and double glazing; to compliment the cottage itself is an equally pretty garden.

The bustling village of Gilwern is approximately a mile distant with its range of individual shops, doctors surgery, public houses and village school, whilst the neighbouring towns of Abergavenny and Crickhowell are approximately four miles distant, the former having the benefits of a main line railway station and general hospital. The A465 Heads of the Valleys Road provides access to the major trunks, routes of the A40 and A4402 which in turn lead to the M40 and M50 motorways, or westwards towards the north Gwent valleys and in turn Cardiff and Swansea.

In our opinion this is a charming cottage and should be viewed to fully appreciate all that it has to offer.
