" Built by Beazer Homes this spacious house is situated in a cul de sac on the periphery of Cae Melin which is a small development on the edge of the Village. The house is of attractive appearance with brick elevations under a concrete tile roof and it possesses secure and enclosed gardens to the rear and side enjoying a southerly aspect.
