" A deceptive, updated semi-detached period house in a popular village location. Two reception rooms, four bedrooms (one ensuite), gas central heating, double glazing, garage, parking and garden.

Ty Arrow is a charming and attractive semi-detached period house which has been the subject of considerable updating and improvement. Improvements include adding a two storey extension to the rear as well as updating the kitchen and bathroom, also a gas central heating system and double glazing have been added. It occupies a garden set well back from the road with extensive parking to the front and a garage to the rear. 

The property occupies a popular established residential location within the village just a couple of hundred yards to the Post Office whilst the village public house, school etc. are all in approximately a quarter of a mile of the property itself. Ty Arrow has been the subject of considerable alteration over the years which now provides four bedrooms, the master having an ensuite shower room and two separate reception rooms.
