Directions
Proceed from The Heads of the Valleys Road through Ebbw Vale town centre and towards Cwm passing the entrance to the train station. At the roundabout take the second exit and continue up the hill until you see a sign for Park View where you will need to take a sharp left. The property is signed on the right. 

This property has been modernised and upgraded by the present owners who have used it as a holiday home because of the outstanding views, close proximity to the rail station and the varied facilities of the Garden Festival site. These include the outlet shopping centre, bird sanctuary, family pub and restaurant,childrens' play facilities, including tubing and adventure playground, lake and landscaped walks. Ebbw Vale has a range of shops, both independent and multinationals, supermarkets and banks. The train service runs hourly to Cardiff central and is subsidised.

The property has been upgraded to include re-plastered walls and some ceilings,refitted kitchen with built in oven and bathroom, decorated throughout and new carpets. To the rear of the property there is a separate garden with stone built outhouse.
