" Woolpitch Wood, located just 2 miles from Chepstow Town Centre is the perfect base for exploring the spectacular South East Wales. From the Oldest Post Roman stone fortification of Chepstow Castle to the beautiful Tintern Abbey, the first Cistercian foundation in Wales, to name but a few, there is so much more to offer right on your doorstep.

Also in the catchment area for some fantastic schools. Ranging from The Dell Primary School, Chepstow School (Secondary) and St John's on The Hill (Private Independent).

This property is the perfect family 'forever' home. With plenty of downstairs space and 5 double bedrooms, you will not feel claustrophobic is this house!

The minute you walk through the front door, you feel right at home. The entrance hall is large with plenty of space to welcome family and friends.

The living room is warm and friendly, and big enough for a large family night in watching Downton Abbey!

Take yourself into the kitchen/breakfast room and you may just spend the day there! A very user friendly kitchen with all the mod-cons. Enough room for a kitchen table for the kids to sit at while breakfast is being made, or a close to hand homework area while dinner is being prepared!

The dining room is open plan with the family/TV room, so you may well spend quite a lot of your time in this area of the house. The extended family room has lots of light and looks out to the garden. A perfect place to chill or watch the kids outside.

The three bedrooms on the first floor of this property are all doubles, with two of them having ensuites and built in wardrobes. All are neutrally decorated, so new owners could move in and just relax.

If the three showers on this floor are not enough, why not relax in the deep corner bath in the family bathroom. Get those tea lights lit, put on the music, chill the wine, lock the door and soak!

The second floor of this property has to be a teenagers haven. Two large double bedrooms, one ensuite, and a purpose built study area, you may just lose your teenager for the whole weekend!

The outside space of this property is practicable and very low maintenance. With half the rear garden laid with artificial grass, you can spend your time chilling in the garden instead of toiling over keeping that lawn mowed and well kept. There is however, plenty of space for pots and planters if you are interested in flowers and greenery. The best of both worlds I would say!
