" Exceptional value for money, this very well presented family house is very close to the railway station, re-fitted, well decorated and offered with no upward chain. It occupies a quiet position in a cul de sac with garage and off-street parking. It is an excellent opportunity to buy a four bedroomed house at a sensible price. The large L shape lounge is light with windows front and back and French doors to the garden. The kitchen is fitted with white gloss units and has plenty of light from the window at the back. The four bedrooms offer good family accommodation and the bathroom has been refitted with a white suite with a new shower over the bath. The recently installed Worcester condensing combination boiler is located in the airing cupboard and full radiator central heating system was installed at the same time.
